What is your engine warranty?
A:
Our performance engines come with a 1 year unlimited mileage warranty
for repair or replacement of engine on all H.O., Stroker, or Marine
Performance series of engines. Street/Strip, Racing, and short blocks
carry no warranty due to their intended use. If Promar deems failure was
due to non factory fault we will provide you with a fair estimate to
repair your engine.

What brand name parts do you use in your Performance Crate engines?
A:
We use only the highest quality parts in our engines. Which include but are not limited to: Clevite, Speed Pro, CVR, Melling, Comp, Crane, Silver Seal, ProComp, Edelbrock, Professional Products, Pioneer, Manley, Scat, Eagle, JE, SRP, Fel Pro, Cometic, SCE, Enginetech, Durabond, Holley, Dart, Lunatti, Crower, ARP, World, Scorpion, Canton, Keith Black, Mahle Motorsports, GM Performance, Mr. Gasket, Oliver, Harland Sharp, B&M, Arias, Moroso, Diamond, Ford Motorsports, Elgin, and Cloyes.

Do you supply both drop in and turn-key engines?
A:
Yes we do! All of our carbureted engines are available as turn key packages. Drop in engines include a distributor, carburetor, plugs, plug wires, and water pump.
Q:
Can I request any upgrades or downgrades to engines that you offer?
A:
Yes and No, depending on request. Call for details.
Q:
Are your engines dyno proven?
A:
Yes. Before we release an engine package we have done extensive dyno research on it.
Q:
Are your engines balanced?
A:
Yes all of our Stroker, Street/Strip, Racing, and Marine Performance series of engines come balanced within 1 gram. This is done using our Sunnen computerized balance machine.
Q:
Do you offer a layaway plan?
A:
Yes. We can offer a 6 month payment plan on your engine purchase. Once payment of 50% of total bill is received your engine build will begin. When the last payment is received the engine will be shipped and you will receive a conformation call regarding the shipping details.
Q:
Do I have to choose from a package that you have listed or can I have something with less horsepower?
A:
We will try to work within your budget to create you an engine that you will be happy with. Call for details.
Q:
Do you have an installation guide?
A:
Yes, all of our performance engines come with an installation guide along with required break-in procedures.
Q:
How much does shipping cost?
A:
Nothing! All crate performance engines (excluding short blocks) have free shipping to any addressee in the continental U.S.
